Botanical description: Fenugreek is an annual plant with erect and branched stem, alternate trifoliate leaves and white yellowish flowers alone or in couple. The pods (8 to 14 cm.) contain six to twelve seeds somewhat tetraedral

Major uses and marketed products: Dry seeds for spicy (India, Oriental countries) or for herbtea (Egyst). Germinated plantlets
